Manifestation blog
I have over ten years’ of writing for my blog.
For convenience and ease, I am only sharing the past year of my blog. Enjoy!
Living Phenomenally
Your job is to live a phenomenal life. Yet, many of us fear doing so. We hold onto something to be acceptable to others and fear making a mistake or being wrong.
It doesn’t have to be this way.
We are tribal beings and want to be “in the group.” It’s a survival thing. Think of early humans. They literally depended on each other to survive. If one was thrown out of the tribe, they would probably die.
Being Present: Living Moment by Moment
Life happens moment by moment. The past has already happened. The future has yet to happen. And still each of those is made up of moments. In reality, we only have this moment. Then it is done, and we are on to the next.
We may as well live each moment as it happens and let go of the ones that have already happened since they are no more. It’s just memories of the moments that we hold onto in the neurons in our brains.
Five Ways to Be Kind to Yourself
I am soooo incredibly grateful for the massive headaches that I had recently. Of course, while I had them and couldn’t see or think straight, I wasn’t so grateful. However, afterwards when I realized what they were about, the gratitude overflowed.
I realized that I was lucky. I was lucky that all I had was a massive week-long headache. It could have been much worse. I was able to give my body what it truly desired. Rest.
Before the headache started, I mentioned in a journal entry that I felt depleted. The energy had run out, and I was going on fumes. There were lots of reasons for it and if I’d been paying attention, this could all have been avoided…
Moving to Comfortable: Process Out the Uncomfortable
Have you ever experienced something, and you quickly felt uncomfortable?
You open an email and get a sinking feeling.
You have to be on stage, and every time you think of it, you want to throw up.
Someone walks into the room and you are looking for a corner to hide in because you fear getting criticized.
Very often the uncomfortable feeling shows up in your body as clenching, twisting, jiggling, tightening, cramping, aching, or throbbing. Or maybe you avoid “it” at all costs and are resisting with all your might. In essence, the feeling is running the show.
Uncovering the Beginning
A seed buried and forgotten often grows and multiples. Our past experiences and feelings are the same. Something happens, we brush it off, and then forget about it. However, it continues to grow. If we have a chance to dig up the seeds, then they won’t continue to expand.
Wishing vs. Choosing
We grew up with the rhyme of wishing upon a star and the stories of three magic wishes. So many people think that wishes are the way to our dreams fulfilled. But what if that’s not exactly it?
Manifesting from Ideals
I got an interesting article in the mail today that got me thinking. The article was about why we celebrate July 4th as Independence Day. After all, that wasn’t the day we won the Revolutionary War. It was, however, the day that a group of men set forth the ideals of what was possible.
Crazy Giveaway…It’s Possible!
Crazy Giveaway...It’s Possible
My team has finally talked me into it. They have been directing me toward a gift for you. We tossed around ideas and finally chose it. I said, “We might as well start big.”
And I have. Here it is. Drum roll please....free coaching.
Relationship Boost - The Love List
All too often couples find themselves playing the shame-blame game. He did this. She said that. And so on. All of this is low vibe and slowly tears apart the relationship. And the more this is done, the more high vibe slips away, and the worse people feel. This sets up a cycle of worse feelings feeding more worse feelings.
Changing Perspectives
Changing perspectives is an art and something you can learn. Being able to look at something from many different angles gives you a leg up because it actually lowers stress levels. In the end, any problem, looked at from a new perspective or angle very often stops being a problem (or a solution becomes obvious). Learning to shift perspectives can take a bit of practice.
Open to New Possibilities
It’s all possible, until we get stuck in the problem. This is wrong. The other person did.... I can’t believe that.... Everyone is....
When we are wrapped up in what is wrong, we spiral down into more of the problem, and this stops the manifesting cold in its tracks. Have you ever noticed that once these spirals start, it is very difficult to stop it? Complaining attracts complaining. And as you know, what you focus on is what you get. So, if you focus on the problem, you will get more problems to focus on.
Gratitude Leads to a Solution
What is happening across the world is horrible, and I have compassion for everyone involved. Even though things aren’t perfect in the United States, we have so much to be grateful for. And interestingly, it is when we are grateful that we find even more things to be grateful for and in doing so, options open up.
Dare to Be Different
The saying “You can be right, or you can be happy” takes on new meaning when you look through the lens of allowing yourself to be open to something even better. A recent client conveyed that she’d gotten a new job since the last time we spoke. It was her dream job. She went on to say that while the work was similar to her previous job, the new environment was her dream company culture.
Manifestation: It’s All About the Feeling!
How would you like to peek into the future? It’s possible. Just look at what you are feeling now. If you don’t change anything, those feelings will play out over and over as you create your future. It’s not really about the exact things that you do, as it’s more about the feelings you have while you are doing those things.
Act As If…
We do things for the feelings they will give us. I’m sure that you or someone you know has walked into a closet full of clothes and whined that there was nothing to wear. I know that I’ve done this. But is that true? No. You (or the person) were looking for a specific feeling and was hoping that the clothing would provide it. If you knew what the feeling was before even walking into the closet, then you would find something to wear much faster.
What You Believe Matters
I have a pillow that I see every day. It quietly sits on the bench in the hallway. “She believed she could, so she did.” It’s a silent reminder that what I believe becomes reality.
Trusting Your Energy
It’s working!!! When I first started learning energy transformation, I was going along with an experimental attitude, not sure if I believed in it or not and the results were spotty. As my high vibe energy has gotten stronger and stronger, and I believed in it more and more, things began to pop up out of the blue.
Reading Your Way to Anxiety
I love reading. When I consider buying a fiction book, I typically read the first page. If it pulls me in, there is a good chance I’ll keep reading. However, if it’s written in the first-person point of view, I will put it back on the shelf.
You’re Not Broken
“You’re not broken” was a new concept for me. After all, I get lots of headaches, and this can seem as if I’m broken. Well, this past weekend, I discovered a limiting belief program that played into the belief that I was broken. I always knew about it, but it was ready to let go.
Bragging Moment
If you know what your dream is, it’s a whole lot easier to get there. You know which direction to go.
