Gratitude Leads to a Solution

What is happening across the world is horrible, and I have compassion for everyone involved. Even though things aren’t perfect in the United States, we have so much to be grateful for. And interestingly, it is when we are grateful that we find even more things to be grateful for and in doing so, options open up.

This is how it works:

  1. A problem is uncovered.

  2. Raise your vibe by focusing on gratitude.

  3. Give the Universe directions. “Hey Universe, I would love to help the women in Afghanistan. What is the most effective way I can do this for the highest good of all?”

  4. Wait. A solution will pop in. It may not be what or when you expect.

  5. Take inspired action toward the solution.

Your job is to raise your vibe and give directions to the Universe. When you elevate your energy, creative solutions will pop in. From there, you can take action.

Whereas, when you just complain, you invite more things in to complain about and solutions are hard to see. Solutions can’t be found (or are really hard to find) if you stay at the same energy of the problem.

It’s vital to raise your energy (vibration) so that a better outcome can been revealed. From a position of High Vibe, a solution will present itself – if not today, then another day – if not me, then the energy I send into the world is available for others to come up with an answer – if the solution isn’t what I expect, then something even better.

It all begins with shifting perspective and focusing on what does work. After all, what we focus on is what we get. So, focusing on what does work will bring forth more ideas of things that do or could work. And from here, change is possible.

I’m grateful that I have a husband who honors and respects me.

I’m grateful that I have a job I love and can do from anywhere.

I’m grateful that my kids are all thriving.

I’m grateful for all the opportunities we have to create a life of our choosing.

I’m grateful that I can wear whatever I desire.

I’m grateful that I can choose where I want to live.

I’m grateful that we have elected officials that can be voted in and out of office. We have options.

I’m grateful that we are allowed to voice our opinions.

I’m grateful that each and every one of us are born with certain talents and can choose to develop and use those talents.

I’m grateful that my body is safe.

I’m grateful that my body choices are mine.

I’m grateful that I live in a home that has heating, air conditioning, indoor plumbing, refrigeration, electricity, and so on.

I’m grateful that my friends and I can gather.

I’m grateful that we have alternative options available (such as Zoom).

It’s important to immerse yourself in gratitude so that you raise your vibe. What are you grateful for in your life? It can be related to world events, or totally unrelated. The clue is to shift your perspective and feel the gratitude. When tis happens, things can change.
