What Do You Believe?
I have a pillow that I see every day. It quietly sits on the bench in the hallway. “She believed she could, so she did.” It’s a silent reminder that what I believe becomes reality.
That got me thinking. There are two ways to approach this. Only focus on what you do believe will happen or dig deep to see where you’re tripping yourself up with beliefs that no longer work for you. The trick is to balance the two approaches. For if you only look for what doesn’t work, then you will get more of what doesn’t work.
Know the Dream
Is your whole life stuck as if you are wading through melted caramel? Are one or two areas of your life less than you imagine they could be? There is something you can do about it.
Laugh it Up to Thrive!
This high vibe activity is so much fun that you will want to do it every day. Laughter is a great way to make it through difficult days. There are so many benefits (documented in various studies) that you would be amazed how it will help you raise your vibration and feel better.
Bragging Moment
If you know what your dream is, it’s a whole lot easier to get there. You know which direction to go.
Teachable Moments
Zoom is great for staying in touch with my grandkids. On a recent Zoom call with my 8-year-old granddaughter (Miss M), as we talked, the noise level kept rising. Her dad was on a phone call in the next room. Her brother was in the same room as Miss M and making noise. Her mother was down the hall, and we still heard her.
Law of Attraction at Work
Recently, I wrote a blog about how people are blinded by distractions. My focus was on distractions. And that is what played out in my life on a much smaller scale. It’s the beauty of the Law of Attraction at work. Let me explain.
Manifesting Sight
When my kids were younger, Shoshanna was a handful to say the least. There was always a lot of drama around her, she was very loud about it and my focus was on settling her down. Admittedly, I didn't give the others all the attention that they could have used.
